The pancetta is made from the pork’s stomach. The meat is mixed with salt, pepper.. The pancetta is very good fresh to be grilled , once left out to dry for 3 days, the pancetta can be used in many pasta sauces recipes such as carbonara and arrabiata.



Drying time: about 40 days
