The sausage in a horsehoe’s form can be sweet taste or spicy. The sausage is made from the pork’s underbelly and shoulder. The sausage is made by hand in the following manner: the pork meat is mixed with the finest local silanes herbs, sweet pepper, chilli powder and sauce and is than put in a small natural bowel.
The salsiccia is very good for antipasto served with pecorino cheese or our wood’s mushrooms.
